The Oka' Institute Applauds EPA Kerr Lab’s Crucial Water Research and Celebrates Partnership with the Chickasaw Nation and U.S. EPA


ADA, OK – The Oka' Institute is proud to support the ongoing, groundbreaking water research conducted by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) Kerr Lab in Ada, Oklahoma. The vital research coming from this lab continues to have a transformative impact on the City of Ada and the surrounding communities, including The Chickasaw Nation.

In an exciting development, the Chickasaw Nation has signed an updated Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, reinforcing a deep, shared commitment to the protection and sustainability of our region's precious natural resources. This partnership strengthens efforts to safeguard both water and land, ensuring that future generations inherit a thriving and sustainable environment.
