With over 40 years in the water sector, Duane Smith has been a well-respected partner of the Oka' Institute since its founding in 2016. As the Institute looks to the future, our new Executive Director will bring his collaborative leadership style, commitment to sustainability, and proven record of excellence to his role and vision in sustainable water management to move the Oka' Institute forward.
The next chapter for the Oka' Institute will be building from our strengths and re-imagining our impact in a changing world. Duane Smith is excited to dig into the work by developing new and established pathways for engagement in all aspects of the Oka' Institute.
