Oka' works with communities and rural water systems to help them access funding opportunities supported by Oklahoma Rural Water Association (ORWA). Our work primarily focuses on the Rural Infrastructure Grant (RIG) program, a partnership between ORWA and the Oklahoma Department of Environmental Quality that supports water and wastewater infrastructure improvements across Oklahoma.

Our role centers on assisting local systems and communities in applying for competitive grant applications. By gathering community and system data, conducting assessments, and developing detailed reports, Oka' helps translate local infrastructure needs into structured report documents that align with program requirements.

Through this process, communities and water systems are better positioned to apply for grant opportunities through Oka's partnership with ORWA, who provides financial support for the maintenance and improvement of essential water and wastewater infrastructure, ensuring reliable services for residents and strengthening the sustainability of rural systems.
