Oka' works alongside communities within this region to help them access and utilize SODA-supported opportunities. Our role centers on working alongside SODA to assist local governments and community partners in applying for competitive grant applications. By gathering local data, conducting community assessments, and assembling detailed reports, Oka' helps translate community needs into structured reports that align with SODA program goals.

Through this process, communities are better positioned to complete an application to pursue funding that supports infrastructure improvements, economic initiatives, and rural emergency services. These projects contribute to resilient and thriving communities across southern Oklahoma.
